What payment
options are available for my monthly association payments?
Three payment
options are available - automatic deduction from your bank
account, payment via on-line banking or payment with a check.
If you
sign-up for automatic payment, your regular
assessment payments will be automatically deducted from your bank
account each month. Click Service
Forms to print an ACH Debit Authorization - you
can sign-up at any time.
If you pay
via an on-line banking service, you must include the
association's name AND your account number (located at the bottom
center of your payment coupon) in the payment information.

When will I receive a new
payment book?
Payment books are mailed
at the end of each fiscal year to those co-owners who are not using the automatic
payment service. If you have recently purchased your home,
please click "Contact Us" to request a new coupon book.

How do I contact the board of
directors?

Us. Your concerns, comments or compliments will be
given to the Board of Directors.
How can I change our
Designated Voting Representative?
Click Service Forms.
You can print, sign and mail the Designated
Voting Representative form at any time. All co-owners receive this
form prior to each annual meeting.
How can I change my emergency
information on file?

How do I file a complaint
about my neighbor?
Please contact the police
immediately if you are concerned about your personal safety.
If you wish to file a complaint
with the Association, please submit your complaint in writing, not
via e-mail. Herriman & Associates, Inc. will schedule a hearing and
notify the (allegedly) offending co-owner. You will be asked to
appear at a board or committee hearing to state your complaint.
How can I obtain proof of the
Association’s insurance?
The Association’s insurance
agent will provide proof upon request. Click Contact
Us to request the name and phone number of the
Association’s insurance agent.
Do I need any property
insurance?
Yes, you cannot rely on the
Association’s property casualty and liability insurance policies to
cover your personal property. You are urged to consult with your
insurance agent. You have a responsibility to insure certain
components of the real property as well and, depending upon your
circumstances, you may have a liability for part or all of the
Association's deductible should you incur a casualty loss. See
your community's welcome letter for more information.
Can I lease my unit to
someone else?
If you are planning to lease
your unit, a copy of the lease should be sent to Herriman &
Associates, Inc. prior to signing. Herriman & Associates, Inc.
reviews leases for the Association to assure that all leases and
rental agreements state that tenants or non-co-owner occupants shall
comply with all of the conditions of the condominium documents.
Can I change the exterior of
my home?
There are restrictions relative
to making modifications to the common elements - the exteriors of
buildings, the common grounds and some interior building
components. Click Service Forms
and complete a Modification Request. The Board of
Directors must approve your request before you begin any
modification.
Why can’t I park on the
street?
Street parking is prohibited
within the
Association. Parking is permitted in your own driveway,
however, your vehicle should be moved for snow removal.
Will my pet be welcome at the
Association?
Yes, but each Association
has certain restrictions
regarding pets; check your Bylaws.
When will rubbish be removed?
Rubbish is picked up weekly.

Why is my neighbor asking
about my utility box?
Your unit may have some shared
utility components for your building. This could include exterior
or interior access for one or more of the following: gas meters,
telephone panels, water shutoffs, sewer
clean-outs, etc. You may be contacted for access to your unit in
the event of a building emergency or to perform routine maintenance.
