Ah, the joy of condominium living at Country Place!
Country Place is a picturesque community of
500 condominium homes located in Novi. Country Place offers many
recreational areas including tennis courts, ball field and swimming
pool. The Clubhouse features a
library and billiards room, community rooms,
kitchen facilities, and a gymnasium.
Construction of Country Place began in 1972 on
the Broquet farm. The first residents moved in August of
that same year and described themselves as "city folk"
moving to the "country." The first complaint to
the board was about the rooster from the farm next door waking up
residents too early in the morning!
Today's residents continue to enjoy the spacious
grounds, recreational areas and friendly neighbors at Country
Place.
