Emerald Pointe Condominium Association is one of the few
communities in the metropolitan area that actually has a waiting
list of buyers!
Emerald Pointe was
developed in the late 1980’s and is located in the City of
Westland, south of Kuppernick and west of Hix Roads. We are conveniently located near
major shopping centers, schools and churches, and have freeway access to
I-275 within a few miles of our front door.
Each of our 104 condominiums is a ranch-style unit with attached
garage and is designed for easy living and maximum accessibility.
Some of our units have additional features such as sunrooms, front
decks or rear decks. We have a large wetlands on the west
end of the property where you can view many types of wildlife.
Emerald Pointe has an active
board of directors who foster open
communications and high community standards. In addition to
maintaining our buildings and grounds, our community has had a
reserves study performed and saves funds for our future
