Hickory Creek Homeowners Association is one of western Wayne
County's premier condominium communities. The community is
located in Northville
Township, Michigan, near the intersection of Six Mile and Beck
Roads. It is centrally located between the beautiful villages
of Northville and Plymouth,
Michigan. Access to the
M14 Freeway is within 2 miles
which makes Hickory Creek a convenient drive to Ann Arbor or
Detroit. Plenty of shopping malls, stores, and
restaurants are within a one
to five mile drive. Schools are within walking distance with an
elementary school and the Northville
High School only a 1/2 mile from Hickory Creek. |

Hickory Creek started development in the early 1990's and
contains 94 detached condominiums. All units have cathedral
ceilings, decks, fireplaces, and attached garages. Hickory
Creek has one entrance from Beck Road and two entrances from Six
Mile. |

The community contains a pond for viewing, fishing, and a
walking path that parallels
the fresh flowing stream of Johnson Creek. Johnson
Creek bisects the Hickory Creek Community. Johnson Creek is the
only cold water tributary in the Rouge River watershed. This
unique spring fed creek supports brown trout, and deer often can
be spotted near the creek as one walks the nature path
paralleling Johnson Creek. |

Hickory Creek is managed by a five member Board of Directors who
are elected by the 94 co-owners. Hickory Creek has contracted Herriman
& Associates, Inc. to manage the common elements of the
