Overview of Northville. We are conveniently located within a 4 mile
radius of I-96, I-275, M-14, Twelve Oaks Mall, Novi Town Center, Maybury State Park, St. John Providence Medical Center, and numerous
small shopping centers.
Our 97 homes are a mix of
two and three bedroom townhouse or ranch style units in 14
buildings. Each unit has 3 private entrances, attached garage, full
basement, master bedroom suite, gas fireplace, and at least 2 full
bathrooms. Gas and water is included in the monthly maintenance
fee. All buildings are carefully maintained, the grounds nicely
landscaped and the streets are tree-lined.
Our Association members
enjoy a nicely furnished clubhouse with a complete kitchen. The
large outdoor pool is surrounded by a larger deck with lounges,
tables and chairs. We enjoy a variety of wildlife attracted by our
creek and pond and the woods that are nearby.
