Northridge Villas
Association, a condominium community of 87 detached, ranch style
homes, was developed in the early 1990’s. Many of the units have
walkout lower levels which face into a natural woodland of towering
trees and a ravine bursting with wildflowers each spring. Wildlife
such as raccoons, owls, hawks, wood ducks, colorful songbirds,
opossums, and even deer have been spotted in our natural areas.
Our quiet neighborhood is nestled at the far end of Northridge Drive
in Northville Township, north of Seven Mile Road and west of
Haggerty Road. We are conveniently situated near major
shopping centers, schools, and churches. Freeway access to I-275 is
within two miles of our front door, and the quaint shops,
restaurants, and cultural offerings of downtown Northville are just

Amenities include a large,
outdoor pool with umbrella tables, lounging chairs, and a
bathhouse. New roofs were completed on every condo unit in 2005,
and new roads were constructed in 2002. Social opportunities in the Villas
are many — we have walking groups, card playing groups, potluck
gatherings, dinners out and pool parties.
Volunteer opportunities are also available (landscaping, tree
trimming, and gardening in our common areas, cheers-and-tears and
welcoming committees, newsletter reporting and delivery, planning
social events, and running for election to the five-member Board of
Directors each spring). Newcomers will enjoy a warm, friendly
