First developed as senior officer housing by the
U.S. Army in the late 1940’s, the two-story "U-shaped"
brick buildings were converted into 176 condominiums in the early
1980's. Each individual unit has its own basement under two
floors of living space.
Located off Eaton Street, north of Maple
Road, we are within walking distance of
